Supreme Headquarters Allied Powers Europe (SHAPE) located in Mons, Belgium, is the strategic level headquarters of ACO (Allied Command Operations).

Military families are also in place. Them residential parc built quickly on 1970.

The competition asks to build 300 Houses and 300 Apartments, equipment and landscape in 5 years. The challenge was also to keep enough residence to lodge everyone during all of the construction.

My challenge was to coordinate the work of different architects, engineers, but above all, working on landscape design and apartments.
